PRIVACY POLICY

In general, the nature of transaction advisory and consulting businesses requires discretion and confidentiality in business practice.  We at Hypotenuse Enterprises, Inc. are obligated to such confidentiality when we directly enter into confidentiality agreements with our clients or with companies our clients are considering as buyers or sellers in transactions.  Unless a confidentiality agreement is executed, Hypotenuse Enterprises, Inc., its officers, directors and employees will not be legally obligated to maintain confidentiality.

Nevertheless, Hypotenuse Enterprises does not sell its mailing lists to other third parties but does occasionally conduct mailings for clients on projects such as a buyer or seller search.  Registrants on our mailing list may occasionally receive such information from Hypotenuse Enterprises, but their personal information will not be sold or rented to third parties.

Further, respondents to surveys conducted by Hypotenuse Enterprises, are also maintained in confidence.  All survey respondents have assurance of confidentiality regarding their identities and their companies’ identities as participants in those surveys, including their responses to surveys conducted on-line. 

Information collected from registrants to our site is incorporated into our mailing list to contact them and send information they specifically request or information that we believe will be of use to them and/or their companies.

Hypotenuse Enterprises also reserves the right to disclose any information that it is legally required to disclose or subject to court order, or similar action.
